VIENNA PIANO SUMMER SCHOOL
This is a prestigious music event held by the International Piano Foundation Theo and Petra Lieven of Hamburg. It takes place in the heart of Vienna during summers. In the duration of eight weeks, eight world-class piano masters, including Ferenc Rados, Andreas Staier, Tatiana Zilberstein, among others, are invited to instruct and playing concerts with eight rising young pianists around the world. Students are only invited by recommendation. Crystal Jiang is the only invitee from China this year. All expenses are covered in Vienna are covered by the Lieven Foundation.
